Where to stay

While the ceremony is in West London (Marylebone), everything else, including the Day 2, will be in East London (in/around London Fields) - so, for those travelling, we’d recommend staying in a hotel or Airbnb in East London. Postcodes that start with “E2” or “E8” will be closest. Two hotels very near to our apartment are as follows:

Mama Shelter (E2 8PP):

Four Points Flex by Sheraton London Shoreditch East (previously Yotel) (E2 9LH):

Getting There

Getting to London:

  • Fly into London City airport (easiest but sometimes more expensive); or

  • Fly into Heathrow airport, hop on the Elizabeth line to Liverpool Station, and go from there (slightly longer travel time but predictable prices); or

  • Fly into Stansted airport, hop on a National Express coach, or the Stansted Express train, to Liverpool Street station (slightly longer travel time, sometimes the cheapest method).

To the ceremony (Old Marylebone Town Hall):

  • If you’re staying in East London, take the tube (Central Line) to Marylebone station from Bethnal Green station (or from Liverpool Street station if you’re staying further into Shoreditch).

  • Avoid taking an Uber or taxi because east-west traffic can be bad.

Ceremony → Dinner: We’ve organised the transport for this leg for everyone, so nothing for you to do except board the bus on-time (please no disappearing after the ceremony)!

Dinner → Party: 9 min walk just around the corner!

Things to do

For any friends & family spending a bit more time in London before/after the wedding, we hope you enjoy the city!

We’ve prepared a Google Map with pins of our favourite spots, linked below:
